About these terms
This website is operated by The Cheshire Landscaping & Decking Co. ("we", "us"), a landscaping and decking business based in Cheshire, United Kingdom. By using this website you agree to these terms. If you have any questions, contact us at andy@thecheshirelandscapinganddeckingco.com.
Quotes and project information
The information on this website is a general introduction to what we do. It isn't a quotation or an offer. Every garden is different, so prices, timescales and what's possible are always confirmed after we've discussed your project and, where needed, visited the site. A quotation only becomes binding when we agree it with you in writing.
Our content and photographs
The photographs on this site show our own completed projects, and the text, logo and design of the site belong to us or our licensors. You're welcome to browse, share links and save pages for personal use, but please don't copy our photographs or content for commercial purposes without asking us first.
Using the website
Please use the website and its enquiry form honestly and lawfully — don't submit content that is unlawful, offensive or infringes anyone else's rights, and don't attempt to interfere with how the site works. Photos you upload with an enquiry should be your own, or ones you're entitled to share.
Accuracy and availability
We keep the site up to date as best we can, but we don't promise it will always be available, error-free or complete, and we may change its content at any time. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for loss arising from reliance on the website itself — though nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and nothing affects your statutory rights as a consumer or the terms we agree for any actual work we carry out for you.
Links to other sites
Links to Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp or other third-party sites are provided for convenience. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content or how they operate.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute relating to them.
Privacy
How we handle your personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.
